Welcome to CashUp’s tournament! By participating, you agree to uphold these rules and play fairly. Any violations will be strictly enforced to maintain a fair and competitive environment.

 

1. Fair Play and Integrity

 

• All participants must play fairly and honestly. Cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Team Accountability

 

• Each team is collectively responsible for their conduct. If any team member is caught cheating or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior, the entire team will be immediately disqualified.

 

3. Moderator Authority

 

• A CashUp tournament moderator has the right to disqualify any team at any point if there is suspicion of cheating, unfair play, or unsportsmanlike behavior. Disqualification decisions are final.

 

4. No Refunds for Disqualification

 

• Teams disqualified due to cheating or rule violations will forfeit their entry fees. No refunds will be issued in cases of disqualification.

 

5. Right to Modify Rules

 

• CashUp reserves the right to modify or update the tournament rules or terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants, and continued participation signifies acceptance of these adjustments.

 

6. Reporting Violations

 

• Participants are encouraged to report any suspicious or unfair behavior. CashUp™ will investigate all reports to ensure a fair competition.
